When I moved my new home had no refrigerator. With two small kids, I needed one immediately after moving in but had no time to go searching around for one. I called Appliance Alley and the salesman helped me choose one over the phone (while looking at them on the internet). The fridge was delivered the next day.

Our 16-year-old washer finally bit the dust last week in a dramatic grand finale, filling the garage with the sickening stench of an electrical fire.
First Decision: Go to Home Depot or Lowe's or hey, what about Appliance Alley where the guys all wear shorts and they're buddy-buddy with Sam the Cooking Guy? Well, I called Appliance Alley and talked to the awesome Kurt who was super-patient with my ramblings over the phone. He gave me a couple of options and told me to come in to take a look, and so we went in and looked and then we were confronted with our ...
Second Decision: Go all fancy with a lovely candy apple red front-loader or honor our recently deceased machine with a bare bones, boring-ass white top-loader? Because, apparently, all major appliances now break on a whim (according to the expertise of Consumer Reports), we decided to go with the latter and the extended warranty through Appliance Alley ... I know, I know ... sucker, but it was a really good deal for 5 years of peace of mind.
Anyway, we received our new washer all set up and hooked up within 36 hours of the old one dying. Kurt hooked us up with next-day delivery which was awesome! We're still waiting on the extended warranty paperwork, and then I'll bump the review up a star. All in all, it was an excellent, painless experience in major appliance purchase!
